Return and Refund Policy

6.1 Return of Non-Conforming Products

The customer has the right to return defective or non-conforming products. From the moment the goods are received from the courier, the customer has 14 calendar days to inform Wear & More S.R.L. of the defect or non-conformity and to return the product.

Procedure for defective products:

  1. Repair: Wear & More S.R.L. will arrange repair where possible
  2. Replacement: If repair is too costly or waiting times are excessively long
  3. Refund: If repair and replacement are not possible, a full refund of the amount paid

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order within 30 days from notification of the refund.

Important: The above does not affect the customer's rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.

6.2 Return of Products for Any Reason (Right of Withdrawal)

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased products, regardless of the reason, they have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product without providing any explanation.

Return conditions:

  • The product must not have been washed or used in any way (except for normal wear resulting from inspection and trying on the product)
  • The product must be intact (two items forming a pair must be returned together)
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging and with the original tags together with the appropriate return note

Shipping costs:

The customer shall bear all shipping costs. For returns relating to Extra-EU orders, the shipping costs for returning the products and any other related charges such as local taxes, customs duties, import and/or customs clearance fees are borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the final refund.

After careful inspection of the returned goods, Wear & More S.R.L. will refund the price of the product within 30 days from receipt of the goods from the customer.

6.3 Product Exchanges

As a rule, products cannot be exchanged. To obtain a product in a different color or size, the customer must:

  1. Return the original item (see section 6.2)
  2. Place a new order on the website

6.4 Returns of Gifts

To return a product received as a gift, the customer must:

  • Contact the person who gave the gift
  • Ask them to complete the return procedure

The refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

6.5 Refund Information

Refund procedure:

  1. Wear & More S.R.L. will not issue any refund until it has received the product in question
  2. Verification of the condition of the returned product
  3. Once the condition has been verified, the customer will receive a refund for the indicated amount within 30 days from receipt of the product
