2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions govern the distance sale of products through the Seller’s Website to final consumers (B2C).
“Consumer” means any natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional or business activity.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is deemed concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of:
- technical or pricing errors
- product unavailability
- incomplete or inaccurate information
- suspected fraud
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euro.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer (advance payment)
- Cash on Delivery (valid only in San Marino and Italy)
The Seller does not accept PayPal.
Any customs duties, import VAT, or administrative charges required by the destination country are entirely borne by the Buyer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 3–5 working days
- EU: 7–15 working days
- Non-EU: 10–25 working days
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Consumer when the Consumer takes physical possession of the products.
The Seller is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or customs procedures.
6. Customs Duties and Charges
For shipments to countries other than the Republic of San Marino, any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees shall be borne by the Buyer.
In case of refusal of delivery or failure to pay customs charges, the Seller may retain the expenses incurred.
7. Legal Warranty
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery.
For Consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory EU consumer protection provisions shall apply.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods, except where excluded by law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products.
8.1 Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send written communication to the Seller’s email address and wait for return instructions before shipping the goods back.
8.2 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Buyer.
Any customs duties or charges related to the return shipment shall also be borne by the Buyer and may be deducted from the refund amount.
8.3 Refund
The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date the returned goods are received, subject to verification of the integrity of the returned product.
The refund shall cover only the price of the returned product and shall not include the original shipping costs paid for the initial delivery.
9. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available.
To obtain a different product, the Buyer must return the item and place a new order.
10. Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Products
Certain products may be available for pre-order or made-to-order purchase.
In such cases:
- delivery times are estimated and not binding;
- production begins only after payment confirmation;
- delays related to production do not constitute contractual breach.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products.
11. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid exclusively for purchases made on the Seller’s Website.
Gift Cards:
- are non-refundable;
- cannot be converted into cash;
- do not accrue interest;
- are valid for [insert duration, e.g., 12 months] from the date of issue.
The Seller is not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
In the event of payment by credit card, the Buyer agrees to contact the Seller in advance to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback procedure.
Initiating a chargeback without valid legal grounds may be considered contrary to the principles of good faith.
The Seller reserves the right to provide banking institutions with all documentation proving the legitimacy of the transaction.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (including images, photographs, logos, trademarks, descriptions, graphics, and layout) is the property of the Seller or respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
14. Personal Data Processing
Personal data are processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of San Marino and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for EU customers.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the law of the Republic of San Marino.
Consumers residing in the European Union retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of San Marino, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
